DONATION REQUEST
Outta Boundz is proud to be an active member in our community. We regularly donate to schools, PTOs and other non-profit organizations in and around Northeast and Central Pennsylvania.
 

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY:
All donation requests must be submitted via this form. Other methods will not be accepted for consideration.

Before you get started, please be sure to have your tax-exempt number ready.

If a donation is granted, a member of our staff will contact you via e-mail. Pick-up of an approved donation is the responsibility of the requestor. Donations may be picked up at our front counter during normal business hours, in the name of the requestor.

Limit two donation requests per organization, per calendar year. Requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the event. Donation approval is not guaranteed. Donation amounts and/or packages are at the discretion of Skatetown Hysteria DBA Outta Boundz. Applications will be evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis.
