Job Description
Outta Boundz isn’t your average bowling alley. We’re a modern entertainment center built for energy, connection, and good times. HyperBowling, arcade games, duckpin bowling, laser tag, and a full restaurant & bar. We move fast, stay sharp, and work as a team to keep guests having a blast from the first frame to the last. We’re looking for Lane Servers who can keep the fun moving, the kind of person who knows how to read a table, stay calm under pressure, and make people’s night better just by showing up.
What You'll Do
- Take,deliver, and close out food and drink orders right on the lanes.
- Keep tabs on guests, check in, follow up, and make sure nothing's missing.
- Know the menu, specials, and promotions so you can upsell like a pro.
- Keep your area stocked, clean, and organized.
- Jump in where needed, we're all one team here.
- Make sure guests walk out ready to come back next weekend.
What It Takes
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred, but not required.
- Positive attitude and solid communication skills.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and not afreaid of busy weekends.
- Must be 18+and meet state alcohol service requirements.
- Able to be on your feet, move fast, and lift up to 30 Ibs.
- RAMP certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Bartender
Job Description
Outta Boundz is Bloomsburg's go to spot for bowling, laser tag, arcade games, and good food, and we need a bartender who can keep the vibe alive. You'll be serving up drinks, keeping guests smiling, and owning your bar like it's your stage.
What You'll Do
- Mix and serve beer, wine, and cocktails with consistency and speed.
- Handle food and drink orders directly and through servers.
- Keep the bar stocked, organized, and spotless.
- Maintain responsible alcohol service (RAMP).
- Workly closely with servers and management to keep service smooth.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
What It Taks
- 18+ years old (required by PA state law to serve alcohol).
- 1+ year bartending or service experience preferred.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Team player with solid communications and time management.
- Must be available Thursday through Sunday (peak business hours).

Games Attendant
Job Description
As a Games Attendant at Outta Boundz, you'll oversee our arcade, bowling lanes, and other attractions while providing exceptional customer service. You'll help guests enjoy our games and attractions, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure a safe, fun environment for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with game operation and provide instructions
- Monitor bowling lanes and arcade area to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with games and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of game areas
- Process game card reloads and handle transactions
- Enforce safety rules and policies
- Assist with prize redemption and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a fun atmosphere
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in entertainment or customer service preferred
- Enthusiasm for games and entertainment a plus

Yes. You’ll shadow an experienced team member, learn the systems we use (like SpotOn POS and lane management), and get hands-on training before you’re solo.
