3. Conduct Policy

Outta Boundz is committed to providing a safe, family-friendly environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Bringing outside food or beverages (unless approved for special events)
  • Possession of weapons or illegal substances

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual violating these policies without refund.

4. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations may be required for certain activities or events. Cancellation policies vary by event type:

  • Birthday parties: 72-hour notice required for full refund
  • Corporate events: 7-day notice required for full refund
  • Lane reservations: 24-hour notice required

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in partial or no refund.

5. Liability Waiver

Participation in activities at Outta Boundz involves inherent risks. By using our facilities, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk. Outta Boundz is not liable for injuries resulting from:

  • Normal participation in activities
  • Pre-existing medical conditions
  • Failure to follow staff instructions or posted rules

6. Mobile Message Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and optiong into SMS communications from Outta Boundz, you agree to recieve rucurring automated promotional and informational text messages from Outta Boundz at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. For assistance, reply "HELP" or contact us at [email protected]. Outta Boundz is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may modify or discontinue or messageing program at any time.
